What You’ll Do:
- Be the standard on the floor—lead with confidence, energy, and professionalism every day.
- Support the Site Manager in running smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to consistently hit sales and membership goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Drive a strong sales culture focused on memberships, upsells, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
- Help build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
