What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll lead from the front, balancing guest experience, team development, and performance execution. You will:
- Support the Site Manager in daily operations and overall site performance
- Lead shifts with clarity, positivity, and accountability
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
- Reinforce a service-first, sales-driven culture that drives membership growth
- Confidently coach teams on promoting and selling club plans
- Manage opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
- Model professionalism, uphold standards, and keep the team aligned
