What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the Site Manager with daily car wash operations.
- Lead by example and keep the team motivated and engaged.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
- Drive sales and membership goals.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve concerns quickly.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and site performance.
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
- Step in wherever needed to keep the site running smoothly.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
