- Support the Site Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
- Lead shifts, direct team members, and maintain clear communication throughout the day.
- Train and mentor employees to provide exceptional service and represent the brand with professionalism.
- Manage opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
- Reinforce a service-first, sales-driven culture that boosts membership performance.
- Champion a clean, safe, efficient site environment.

Compensation & Perks:
