At Sparkle Car Wash, every great shift starts with great people. We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor who can lead with confidence, support their team, and keep our site running smoothly, all while delivering the friendly, positive service Sparkle is known for.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations during your shift with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer care.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
- Maintain cleanliness, labor control, and operational standards across the site.
- Handle customer questions and escalations with professionalism and compassion.
- Manage opening/closing procedures (typically closing during second shift).
- Ensure all team members follow proper procedures when upper management is not present.
- Assist in training new hires and developing team strengths.
- Drive sales by promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships at the pay station.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with proven supervisory experience—Shift Lead, Team Lead, or Key Holder experience is required.
- A natural communicator who leads with confidence and respect.
- A problem-solver who handles challenges calmly and professionally.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proud of maintaining high standards.
- Someone ready to take ownership of their shift and grow within Sparkle.
Pay & Perks:
- $16.00 – $17.50/hr.
