Sparkle Express Car Wash in Beverly is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing, guest-focused team.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Guide customers through the Sparkle experience from start to finish.
- Promote wash packages and memberships in a clear, persuasive way.
- Drive membership sign-ups and upsells daily.
- Keep service flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Work alongside a supportive team committed to excellence.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Is naturally engaging, upbeat, and great with people.
- Enjoys a sales-focused environment and communicating value.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is dependable, motivated, and ready to grow.
- Has customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required).
Pay & Perks:
- $15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days.
($20/hr starting pay). - CSRs can earn well above $5/hr in commission through a clear, achievable sales program.
