What You’ll Do:
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and positive attitude.
- Educate guests about our wash packages, products, and membership options.
- Promote memberships and upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to keep operations smooth and efficient.
- Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, approachable, and persuasive — you enjoy connecting with people.
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).
Pay & Perks:
- $11.00–$13.00/hour + commission.
- Commission-heavy role with strong earning potential.
- All employees eligible for club plan commissions.
