Sparkle Express Car Wash is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our Chicago District locations.

What You'll Do:

Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
Maintain chain, dolly, conveyor, and belt systems for optimal performance.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major repairs.
Work closely with Site Managers to ensure each location operates safely and efficiently.
Travel between our five Chicago-area locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, industrial equipment, automotive repair, or car wash systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to travel between locations within the Chicago District.
Previous car wash maintenance experience.
Experience working with conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, or industrial equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,000–$67,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
