What You’ll Be Responsible For:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support both people and performance by:
- Partnering closely with the Site Manager to run strong, consistent shifts.
- Leading team members with clear direction, coaching, and follow-through.
- Supporting daily sales goals by modeling confident guest conversations.
- Coaching team members on service quality and club plan engagement.
- Handling opening/closing duties, deposits, and daily operational checks.
- Maintaining site standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Addressing performance concerns professionally, with support from leadership.
You won’t be expected to do this alone - training, tools, and leadership support are part of the role.
