What You’ll Do:
As the Site Manager, you take full ownership of site performance and daily operations. You will:
- Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring the wash runs clean, organized, and fully staffed.
- Manage labor targets, oversee sales results, and build a strong, membership-driven culture.
- Hire, train, and develop the team - setting standards, coaching for results, and reinforcing accountability.
- Monitor KPIs daily and adjust staffing, workflow, and sales focus to protect revenue and drive membership conversion.
- Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, inventory awareness, vacuum + lot standards, and operational compliance.
- Complete weekly maintenance walk-throughs, stay ahead of equipment issues, and partner with district + maintenance leadership.
- Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and a guest-first mindset every shift.
- Join weekly operations calls and participate in leadership development.

Compensation & Perks:
- $55,000-$65,000 per year.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
- Earn commission on personally sold memberships.
- Managers with relevant experience can earn up to $1,500 sign-on bonus.
