Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support multiple locations across Central Illinois.
If you’re a hands-on technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep equipment running with minimal supervision, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of your work and grow your career.
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Maintain conveyor systems (chain, belt, and dolly systems).
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Work directly with Site Managers to keep operations running efficiently.
What We're Looking For (Upgraded for Quality Candidates)
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance or industrial repair experience.
- Ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues independently.
- Experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, or similar systems.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency.
Car wash experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits:
- $22–$23 per hour.
- Up to $750/month performance bonus ($9K/year potential).
