Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our leadership development program.
This role is designed for motivated leaders who want to grow into General Manager positions while gaining hands-on experience running a fast-paced operation.

What You'll Do
As a Manager in Training, you'll gain experience managing daily operations and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 8–14 team members during daily operations.
- Coaching staff to improve performance and customer service.
- Monitoring sales performance and production targets.
- Managing schedules and labor efficiency.
- Supporting hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Overseeing cash handling and operational procedures.
- Maintaining site standards and resolving operational issues.
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
- Comfort working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Open availability and a strong work ethic.
Car wash experience is helpful but not required.
Pay & Benefits:
