What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Close the site with confidence, keeping operations running like clockwork.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Maintain cleanliness, labor control, and operational excellence that Sparkle is known for.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Support inventory management and assist in training new employees.
- Earn commission on club plans – all employees, management and non-management, are eligible!
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to communicate with your team.

- Pride in your work and a drive to maintain top-tier operational standards.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership is preferred.

Pay & Perks:
