We’re Hiring – Step Into a Leadership Role:
Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for a reliable Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations and lead the team.
If you’ve worked in retail, fast food, or any team lead role, this is a great opportunity to move up and earn more.
What You’ll Do:
- Run shifts and support daily operations.
- Close the site and ensure everything is done right.
- Keep the site clean and running efficiently.
- Lead and support team members.
- Assist customers when needed.
- Sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships (earn commission).
What You Need:
- Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar role.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Dependable and able to take responsibility.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Perks:
- $16.00 – $17.50 per hour.
- Commission on membership sales (extra earnings every week).
