What you'll own:

What you'll own:
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent service and hit daily goals.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient site from open to close.
- Handling key-holder duties — opening and closing with confidence and consistency.
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care.
- Supporting membership sales and keeping an eye on performance throughout the shift.
