Sign-Up Bonuses:
- $2,000 for experienced car wash managers.
- $1,000 for retail managers without car wash experience.
- (Bonuses paid after 90 days with the first full bi-weekly paycheck.).

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in car wash management or retail (preferred but not required).
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with modern retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
- 45+ hours weekly availability, including weekends.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks (with accommodations as needed).
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education a plus).
