What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the team and run shifts independently
- Close the site and ensure operations run smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness, labor control, and site standards
- Support and coach team members
- Handle customer interactions professionally
- Drive sales of Unlimited Wash Club memberships
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Shift Lead / Supervisor / Key Holder
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
Compensation & Growth
- $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
- Uncapped commission on membership sales
- Growth into Assistant Manager / Site Manager roles
